- Enquiry - Website response form/phone call/ discussion at publicity event, etc.
- Send information pack
- Follow-up phone call
- Arrange home visit
- Home visit (one or two workers)
- Recommendation to proceed to assessment

to wait for next preparation training - Case allocated
- Application form given to applicant (depending on priority may be before or after training)
