Could you offer an adoptive home to a child?
In Angus we are looking for individuals and couples including unmarried or same sex to provide caring, loving homes for the children of Angus.
We are currently looking for families for children of pre-school and primary age, including sibling groups and children with additional needs.
Adoption is a life long commitment that can bring with it some challenges and many rewards.
We are looking for a loving family for Bruce aged 4 years old. Bruce was born prematurely and because of this he is a little delayed in some areas but making really good progress. Bruce enjoys activities such as the trampoline, slides and can climb well. He enjoys playing on his bike. His speech is delayed although this is improving immensely. He forms sentences well and frequently initiates conversation. Bruce is very curious about the world around him and is currently in a questioning phase with "why" being his favourite word. He is being regularly reviewed by Speech and Language services. He attends nursery which he enjoys and he likes being around other children.
Angus Permanence Team is available to offer you support as well as the children's social worker and we also offer ongoing post adoption support to families.
If you would like to know more about Bruce or any of the other children that are needing a supportive family life then please contact the Permanence Team on 01307 473750.
